Program Design – Interested in utilizing my training techniques  but don’t have the ability to meet in person?

With Program Design, I will develop a 30, 60 or 90 day program specific to your goals and provide you with a specific workout plan.  Program Design allows you to work out at your own convenience but still have a very structured road map of what to do.
